Michael Rowse is currently an Assistant to Counsel on the defence of Mr Patrice-Édouard Ngaïssona, which is led by lead counsel prof. Knoops, before the International Criminal Court. Prior to this, since 2014 he has worked upon three other defence teams at the court. These include the case of Mr Al Hassan as a Legal Assistant and the cases of Mr Dominic Ongwen and Narcisse Arido as a Case-Manager.
Michael holds an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Leiden and a LLB from the University of Leicester.
