Benoeming prof. Knoops als lead counsel in de zaak Ngaïssona (Internationaal Strafhof)
Per heden is prof. mr. dr. Geert-Jan Alexander Knoops benoemd als lead counsel in de zaak van Patrice-Edouard Ngaïssona bij het Internationaal Strafhof. Hij zal de verdediging van de heer Ngaïssona op zich nemen. Dit is de tweede benoeming als lead counsel voor mr. Knoops bij het Strafhof.
As of today prof. dr. Geert-Jan Alexander Knoops is appointed as lead counsel in the case of Patrice-Edouard Ngaïssona before the International Criminal Court. He will represent Mr Ngaïssona in the proceedings before the Court. This is the second appointment for Mr Knoops as lead counsel for the defence at the ICC.
